WHAT ARE YOUR BOOKING AND PAYMENT POLICIES?

A 50% non-refundable deposit of your final total is required before production can begin on your project. Your remaining balance will be due upon the completion of your project. We accept payments in the form of debit/credit card (PayPal), or cash app.

HOW WILL WE COMMUNICATE?

Email is the preferred method of communication for documentation purposes.

DO YOU HANDLE THE PRINTING OF MY PROJECT?

Printing is completely optional but is not included in standard fees. There is an additional fee for this service, but we would be more than happy to utilize one of our trusted vendors and provide you with a custom quote based upon your specific printing needs.

HOW MANY REVISIONS ARE INCLUDED FOR GRAPHIC DESIGN PROJECTS?

The design process includes 2 rounds of revisions. An additional labor fee of $20.00 will be assessed for additional revisions, changes, or additions.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE THE FINAL PROJECT?

All services are typically completed within a week’s time-frame, in most cases sooner. Once a project is complete, you will receive an email and an electronic copy of your project in the form of a jpeg, psd, or pdf.
